Discover DC--A trip of a lifetime!

    Celina Middle School eighth graders have the opportunity each year to travel to Washington D.C. and experience the chance of a lifetime to discover first-hand the sites and history of our nation's capitol.

    CMS students visit many major landmarks, such as the Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Monument.  Students tour the Jefferson, Lincoln, and FDR memorials, and honor our nation's heroes at the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial, the World War II Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery.  Licensed guides take students behind the scenes at Mount Vernon, Ford's Theatre, and more.
